Medicare and its related components and coverage can be confusing for many people. As a provider of health services, we face similar challenges in keeping up-to-date on the changes that occur in Medicare. Our goal at the Beaver Clinics is to address the Medicare needs of our patients, while complying with the program directives as efficiently as possible.
The intent of this page is to provide you with basic information along with Internet website links to the government programs available online such as, (1) the Social Security and Medicare online application site, (2) the Federal Medicare program, and (3) the Utah Advance Health Care Directive Act, which went into effect on January 1, 2008.
