We rotate our personnel between the Beaver, Milford and Parowan clinics.  Our core medical professionals consist of five Family Practice Physicians, three Physician Assistants (PA-C), and three Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP).  In addition, we have many well-trained medical assistants who are always eager to assist our doctors with managing our patient's health care needs on a high professional level.   Our business personnel also reflect the same level of caring and efficiency.  Two of our physicians, Dr. Robinson and Dr. Oakden speak Spanish, and Dr. Lance Smith speaks Portuguese.

Dr.  B. Noal Robinson, MD

Dr. Robinson and his wife Linda have been married for 39 years and they have eight children. He enjoys his family, golfing, and is a history buff.
Dr.  Lance Smith, MD

Dr. Lance Smith and his wife Jamie have been married since 1998. They have four beautiful girls. He enjoys his family, camping, hiking, fishing and just being in the mountains.

Dr.  R. Wade Oakden, MD

Dr. Oakden and his wife Kim have been married for 13 years and they have five children. He enjoys his family, horses, camping, hunting, fishing and golfing.
 Dr. Rhett Smith, MD

He graduated in the top 5 of his class.
Residency: McKay-Dee Family Medicine (Ogden, Utah)
Extensive training in full spectrum medicine that included womenís health, obstetrics, cesarean sections, and vasectomies. Dr. Rhett Smith is also proficient in pediatric care, office medicine, hospital care, and ER care.
Rhett Smith is a Beaver native and the son of Roger and Paula Smith. He is married to Melissa Anderson, daughter of Max and Kathy Anderson. They have had three children and they are expecting another child in this coming December. Rhett enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with family.

Reagan D. Fails MS, PA-C (Physician Assistant)
Education: Master of Physician Assistant Studies, Rocky Mountain College, Billings, Montana.
Reagan was born and raised in Beaver. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a degree in Athletic Training. He spent several years working in various physical therapy settings. He later graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Exercise & Sport Science after which he worked for the University in their Health & Wellness Center. He then went back to school to become a Physician Assistant PA-C.
Reagan enjoys outdoors activities, especially with his family. He and his wife Kirsten have two boys, Mason and James, and another boy on the way. Regan is very excited to be back in his hometown and to serve the people of Southern Utah.

Kenneth L. Hussey, PA-C (Physician Assistant)

Ken Hussey and his wife Wendy have been married for 31 years and they have eight children. He enjoys his family, all outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, camping and 4-wheeling.

Travis A. Hicks, PA-C (Physician Assistant)
Education: Touro University Nevada, Masters - Physician Assistant, 2010
Travis is originally from Oregon, but spent most of his youth and early adulthood in Nevada. When growing up, he and his dad spent a lot of time in the mountains of Beaver fishing, hunting, and backpacking. Travis is married to Caroline, a Colorado native. They are expecting their first child in May of 2011. Travis enjoys all the outdoor activities that exist in the area.

Wade Hollingshead, FNP (Family Nurse Practioner)
Education: University of Utah (2006-Masters, Nurse Practioner)
Trained at Mckay Dee Hospital in the ICU unit, and in 2005 managed the operating room at the Valley View Medical Center, Cedar City. Wade is from from Minersville and he married Ashlee Dotson of Beaver. The couple has three young boys. Wade enjoys his family, hunting, fishing and anything to do with outdoor activities.

Robin Horton, FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner)
I have lived in Beaver County the majority of my life. I graduated from Weber State College and started practicing as an RN in 1989.  I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 1997 and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2013.  I am board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. My family and I enjoy camping, fishing, NASCAR, and being in the mountains. I enjoy cooking/baking, gardening and sleeping in on the weekends.

Lindsay Cheney,  FNP (Family Nurse Practioner)
I have lived in Milford all of my life.  I have worked in the healthcare industry since age 16.  I graduated with Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2005 from Southern Utah University and my Masterís Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2009. I am a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My husband Mark and I have 4 wonderful children. We enjoy spending time in the mountains, at sporting events, and doing anything else together as a family. My passion is providing care for those in our small community.

  The Beaver, Milford and Parowan Medical Clinics are designated as "Rural Health Clinics," which mean that we accept both Medicare and Medicaid. We are also certified loan repayment sites of the National Health Service Corp (NHSC). The Beaver Clinics participate and accept most insurance company policies. In addition, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express and offer other methods of financing.
